Members of the Clean Energy Research Laboratory, University of Jaffna conducted Awareness programmes on Solar Energy Utilisation at the Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University and South Eastern University to school students from 17 Educational Zones of 3 districts (Trincomalee, Batticaloa, and Ambara) in Eastern Province by next week. About 500 school students actively participated in these outreach activities.
