Further to MOU signed by the vice-chancellors of the University of Jaffna and Western Norway University of Applied Sciences in March 2017 (http://www.jfn.ac.lk/index.php/mou-norpart/), this Technical Assistance Contract was signed by the coordinators of the project Prof.P.Ravirajan, University of Jaffna and Prof.V.Dhayalan, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences on 07.07.2017 at Royal Norwegian Embassy in Colombo.
